Frankie Hernandez, Founder
Frankie Hernandez is a business executive and an award- winning media producer.
Her expertise is in assessing an entire business model to create and maintain corporate structures in growing small businesses and divisions of large corporations. This allows the talent of each person to sustain efficiency while the business owner can focus on doing what inspired them to get into business to do.
Frankie worked at Warner Bros in worldwide marketing, operations and programing for the digital distribution team in Home Entertainment. She has been a business consultant for startups and medium sized businesses.
Frankie’s many media projects have had her oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, implementation and release of small to large teams. She has also worked with other businesses to set up human resources divisions in compliance with State and Federal labor laws and regulations.
