Frankie Hernandez is a business executive and award-winning media producer. Her expertise is in assessing an entire business model to create and maintain corporate structures in growing small businesses and divisions of large corporations.
Frankie has also been a professional coach with a focus on building leadership and teams based on communication principles that result in unexpected power and potency for all.
Frankie worked at Warner Bros studio in worldwide marketing, operations and programing for the digital distribution team in Home Entertainment. She has been a business consultant for startups and medium sized business as well as a respected media producer.
Frankie’s many media projects have had her oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, implementation and release of small to large teams. She has also worked with growing businesses to set up human resources divisions in compliance with State and Federal labor laws and regulations.
